Consumers are becoming more health and safety conscious, assessing not only the virus risks of eating and drinking out, but also the choices and content found on menus. Dishes need to meet a range of growing dietary requirements; we want our food to be made with love and care, and to be delivered in the same way. Safety is a top priority impacting on everything from production and ordering, through to delivery and consumption.
