This year, we partnered with Tastewise to track growth in menu items, menu share and social conversations shaping each trend. We also commissioned an omnibus survey with Yonder Solutions involving more than 2,000 UK consumers. These findings were supported by insights from our chefs and nutritionists, alongside desk research from additional sources.
