Teriyaki tofu salad jars

Colourful vegan salad jars with mixed grains, fresh veg and delicious grilled teriyaki tofu

Cuisin'easy frozen salad 1000g
Cherry tomato on the vine 250g
Red onion 150g
Sweetcorn 200g
Kale and spinach mix 100g
Brocolli 300g
Organic smoked tofu 400g
Teriyaki sauce 60g
Limes 3
Pumpkin seeds 50g


  1. Chargrill the broccoli and blacken the corn to prepare
  2. Slice the tofu into strips, and brush the pieces with teriyaki sauce. Chargrill these and dice into chunks.
  3. Place the de-frosted salad mix into the jars.
  4. Layer all other ingredients on top of the salad mix, including the tofu pieces.
  5. Finish off by serving up with fresh lime wedges and sprinkle with some toasted pumpkin seeds.
