Ingredients

Pistachio nuts, toasted and chopped a handful
Rosemary salt a pinch
Lamb Weston CrissCuts 3 (per person)
Vanilla ice cream a small ball
Large marshmallows, cut in half across their middle 2
Cranberry syrup a drizzle

Method

  1. Combine pistachio nuts together with a little rosemary salt and sprinkle across a serving plate.
  2. Cook CrissCuts according to instructions and arrange on the plate.
  3. Place a small ball of ice cream on to each CrissCut, drizzle with the cranberry syrup and top with a half of marshmallow. Toast lightly with a blow torch just before serving.
