|Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn||2g|
|Fresh rocket leaves||to garnish|
- Prepare the dough balls as per the instructions and then pin out to a square.
- Top with the remainder of the ingredients except the eggs and bake at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
- Crack three eggs onto the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper and rocket.
