Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Mushroom Brunch Pizza

Everyday Favourites pizza base dough 9”-12” 10
Gustoso pizza topping sauce 600g
Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix 300g
Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms 250g
Cooked streaky bacon 200g
Snowbird gourmet cooked cumberland sausages - sliced 10
Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 30
Pure olive oil glass 20ml
Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 2g
Fresh rocket leaves to garnish


  1. Prepare the dough balls as per the instructions and then pin out to a square.
  2. Top with the remainder of the ingredients except the eggs and bake at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Crack three eggs onto the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper and rocket.
