For the sauce

  • Butter 125g
  • Everyday Favourites plain flour 125g
  • Ham hock braising stock 700ml
  • Philadelphia Original 200g
  • Tarragon, chopped 10g

For the suet pastry

  • Everyday Favourites self raising flour 500g
  • Suet 250g
  • Everyday Favourites cooking salt 5g
  • Water 315ml
