Brunch bao buns

Scrambled egg brunch bao buns filled with Kimchi hash, candied bulgogi bacon, spicy ketchup.

Smoked rindless streaky bacon 20g
Large fresh egg 1
Mashed potato 50g
Bao Hirata Buns 2 pcs
Sriracha chilli sauce 30ml
Heinz tomato ketchup 30ml
Korean kimchi 50g
Korean Bulgogi 15g


  1. Steam the Bao buns as per manufactures instructions - Keep warm.
  2. Brush the bacon with bulgogi and grill until crispy and candied - Keep warm.
  3. Fry the kimchi with the potato and keep warm.
  4. Make scrambled egg.
  5. Mix the ketchup and sriracha together and place into squeezy bottle.
  6. Fill the Bao buns with the hash, scrambled egg and bulgogi bacon then drizzle with spicy ketchup.
