  • Bramley apple 1
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Vodka 120g

For the brandy butter

  • Everyday Favourites salted butter 200g
  • Tate & Lyle icing sugar 175g
  • Vanilla paste 1 tsp
  • Brandy 5-7 tbsp
