Blueberry & mascarpone loaded ice cream sundae

1. Toast the almonds until lightly golden, then set aside to cool.
2. Scoop the ice cream into three 70g balls and arrange in a serving bowl.
3. Drizzle over the raspberry sauce, then top with the crushed shortbread and toasted almonds.
4. Serve immediately.

Marshmallow Mudslide loaded ice cream

1. Cook the cookie puck according to the pack instructions, for approximately 16 minutes. Allow to cool, then break into bite-sized pieces.
2. Defrost the doughnuts according to the pack instructions and set aside.
3. Scoop the ice cream into 70g balls and arrange in a serving dish.
4. Top with the chocolate doughnut pieces, broken cookie and Galaxy crumble.
5. Finish with generous drizzles of salted caramel and chocolate sauces, then serve immediately.

1. Scoop the ice cream into three 70g balls and arrange in a serving bowl.
2. Drizzle over the raspberry sauce, then top with the dry roasted peanuts.
3. Serve immediately.
