Ingredients

Everyday Favourites chocolate flavour ice cream 2 scoops
Everyday Favourites vanilla flavour ice cream 2 scoops
Everyday Favourites chocolate brownie traybake pre-cut 1 piece
Strawberries (chopped) 2 – 3
Everyday Favourites thaw & serve milk chocolate cookies 2
Everyday Favourites UHT dairy whipping cream 20ml
Callebaut® 811 dark chocolate callets 25g

Method

  1. Place the chocolate in a small bowl and heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have smooth, creamy chocolate sauce.
  2. Place the bowl in cold water to reduce the temperature of mixture.
  3. Pour half the sauce round the inside of the sundae glass.
  4. Place one scoop of ice cream into the glass, crumble cookie, brownie pieces, fruit and repeat.
  5. Top with remaining sauce and callets.
