|Everyday Favourites unsalted butter||3 tbsps|
|Cayenne pepper||1/8 tsp|
|Light brown sugar||¼ cup|
|Everyday Favourites parsnips||500g|
|Sea salt||a pinch of|
- In a small saucepan, melt 1 tbsp. of the butter and add in the cayenne pepper.
- Stir to lightly toast then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan over medium heat, melt the remaining 2 tbsp. butter, add the brown sugar, and bring to a low boil, stirring to combine then reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.
- Add the baby parsnips back in to the mix, stir to coat in the sea salt and set aside.
