Pork & leek sausages with mustard mash & cider gravy

    Farmstead pork & leek sausage 8’s 20
    Everyday Favourites mashed potato 1.8kg
    Everyday Favourites coarse grain mustard 40g
    Everyday Favourites salted butter 100g
    Pure olive oil 50ml
    Everyday Favourites sliced onions 200g
    Aspall draught suffolk Cyder 660ml
    Everyday Favourites gluten free fine gravy granules 200ml


    1. Cook the sausages as per manufacturers instructions and keep warm.
    2. Heat the mashed potato and then add the mustard & butter (keep warm.)
    3. Heat a large pan and add the oil then add the onions and cook until caramelised, add the cider and reduce by half.
    4. Make the gravy as per instructions and add this to the onion and cider mix and continue to cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
    5. To serve place the mash on the plate and top with two sausages then drizzle with the cider sauce.
