Passion fruit swirl cheesecake pots

Everyday Favourites cheesecake filling mix 400g
Monin passion fruit purée 100ml
Fresh raspberries 2
Lotus biscoff crumbs 50g
Pink and white mini mallows 50g
Chocolate garnish 10


  1. Make the cheesecake mix as per instructions on pack and allow to chill
  2. Take a piping bag with star nozzle and drizzle the passion fruit purée around the inside of the bag (down the sides)
  3. Whisk up the cheesecake mix and fill the bag, then pipe into your chosen pots
  4. Top with fresh raspberries, a little of the biscoff crumb, more passion fruit purée, toasted mini marshmallows and chocolate garnish
