Mediterranean tomato gnocci

Ingredients

Italian gnocchi 180g
Arrabbiata sauce 160g
Everyday Favourites chopped leaf spinach 30g
Baby capers non-pareil 12g
Black olives, sliced 13g
Pimento red peppers, chopped 30g
Mascarpone 12g

Method

  1. Cook the gnocchi as per instructions
  2. Heat the arrabbiata sauce on the hob or in the microwave
  3. Add the spinach, capers, black olives and chopped pimentos and heat through
  4. Add the prepared gnocchi
  5. Add the mascarpone on top, season and serve
