Vegetarian porchini pasta

Pre-cooked ravioli 180g
Champifri sliced mushrooms 70g
Truffle oil 3ml
Everyday Favourites chopped leaf spinach 50g
White wine sauce 100g
Vegetarian hard cheese, grated 4g


  1. Cook the pasta in water according to instructions
  2. Heat the mushrooms on the hob in the truffle oil
  3. Add the frozen spinach to the pan and cook off
  4. Add the white sauce and mix together until hot then mix in the prepared cooked porcini ravioli
  5. Grate over the Parmesan and season and serve
