Karaage Chicken and Korean fries

Korean fries with karaage chicken, gochujang mayo and sesame seeds.

Korean gochujang hot red pepper paste 30g
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 300ml
Japanese style chicken karaage 400g
Korean barbecue sauce 150ml
Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 3g
Thin cut fries 2kg
Spring onion, sliced 1


  1. Mix the paste with mayo and set to one side.
  2. Fry the karaage chicken and then tumble with Korean barbecue sauce and half the sesame seeds
  3. Fry the chips as per instructions
  4. Layer the ingredients together and top with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions
