King prawn skewers with a mango, pineapple and chilli salsa

Mango 250g
Pineapple pieces in juice 250g
Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey 75g
Tap water 100 ml
Everyday Favourites crushed chillies 1/2 Tsp
Arctic Royal king prawn raw peeled & deveined (16-20) 40


  1. Dice mango into chunks and place into a saucepan along with the pineapple pieces.
  2. Add the honey, water and chilli flakes to the pan and place onto heat. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes until the fruit is soft. Place in a fridge and chill.
  3. Place 4 king prawns on a skewer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Place 40g of the salsa on a plate and place the king prawns on top.
