Croissant with chocolate dipping sauce

Everyday Favourites croissant 1
Callebaut® 811 dark chocolate callets 25g
Whipping cream 20ml


  1. Bake croissant as per instructions.
  2. Place the chocolate into a bowl with 20ml of cream.
  3. Heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have smooth, creamy chocolate sauce.
  4. Once baked serve the croissant and chocolate sauce immediately.
