|Blue Dragon dark soy sauce||3 tbsp|
|Prep premium toasted sesame oil||1 tbsp|
|Tate & Lyle caster sugar||1 tbsp|
|Chopped garlic in oil||1 tbsp|
|Spring Onion, diced||2 tbsp|
|Sesame-seasoned spinach||a handful|
|Saitaku sushi rice||250g|
|Lion Korean hot chilli sauce||to serve|
|Sea salt & freshly ground pepper||to serve|
- Marinate the meat in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, spring onion, salt & pepper – leave for 1 hour.
- Chargrill the pork fillet for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes.
- Once cooked, cover the meat in tin foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with sticky sushi rice, sesame-seasoned spinach and Gochujang Korean hot chilli.
