|Everyday Favourites extended life vegetable oil||50ml|
|Tate & Lyle caster sugar||200g|
|Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon||5g|
|Everyday Favourites solid pack apples||1kg|
|Condy lemon juice||20ml|
- Heat the oil in a pan. Using tongs, fry half the tortilla in a pan for a few seconds, then the other half, and repeat until all 5 are done.
- Mix half the sugar with half the cinnamon and sprinkle over the tortilla.
- For the filling, place the apples in a pan with the rest of the sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and heat until the apples are soft and well stewed.
- Place the filling in the tortilla, fold, cut into 2 and serve.
