| Everyday Favourites plain flour | 1kg |
| Everyday Favourites cooking salt | 15g |
| Lard | 450g |
| Cold water | 440ml |
Method
- Sieve the flour and salt together.
- Rub the shortening or lard through the flour to a crumble by hand or machine.
- Add the water, mix until a smooth paste is obtained.
