Pastrami bun roll with pickles

Ingredients

Bun 1
Round tomatoes, sliced 15g
Everyday Favourites sandwich pickle 10g
Farmstead deli sliced brisket pastrami 80g
Mixed leaf salad 20g
Red onion, sliced 10g

Method

  1. Slice the bun and tomato.
  2. Spread the chutney on the top and bottom of the base, fold and place the pastrami on the bottom. Stack with the tomato, leaf and the red onion, serve with extra slaw and leaf.
