    Spice mix 3g
    Hummus 40g
    Sumac 2g
    Tomato 50g
    Tahini 20g
    Coriander 3g
    Spice blend:
    Everyday Favourites ground cumin 10g
    Everyday Favourites ground coriander 10g
    Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon 5g
    Salt 10g

    1. Combine the spices to make the spice blend and set aside until needed, saving the remainder for another time.
    2. Fry The Dukes according to the instructions.
    3. To serve, ‘smear’ the hummus onto a serving plate, add the tomatoes and the fresh coriander.
    4. Toss The Dukes in the spice blend to coat well, add to the plate and finish with a drizzle of tahini and a sprinkle of sumac.
