Big Al’s jalapeno popper burger

A finger lickinly poppin' combo of our delicious Big Al's jalapeno beef burger with soft cream cheese and rocket.

Brioche bun 1
Handful of rocket
Big Al’s Prime Burger 1
Cream cheese mixed with garlic and chives 1 tbsp
Sliced jalapenos

  1. Warm the brioche bun on the griddle until lightly toasted.
  2. Place the rocket on the brioche bun.
  3. Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet and cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
  4. Place Prime Burger onto bun.
  5. Top with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the sliced jalapenos.
