Fried chyck’n bao buns

Ingredients

Central Foods bao hirata buns 10 pce
Red cabbage & carrot coleslaw (dry) 240g
Flying Goose sriracha hot chilli sauce 20ml
Vegan garlic mayo 70ml
Casa De Mare lime juice squeezy 5ml
Loveseitan funky chyck'n bites 260g
Bunched radish 50g
Micro coriander 10g
Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 10g
Spring onion trimmed 1 pce

Method

  1. Place the bao buns into a steamer and cook as per the instructions on the pack
  2. Mix the slaw with sriracha sauce, the vegan mayonnaise and lime juice – set to one side
  3. Cook the Loveseitan chyck’n as per the instructions and tumble with the sweet chilli sauce
  4. Once the bao buns are hot fill with the slaw, coated chyck’n and drizzle with more sriracha, sliced radish, coriander, toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions
