Ingredients

Plant-based mayonnaise | 2 heaped tbsp |
Everyday Favourites tomato ketchup | 1 tbsp |
Dijon mustard | 1 tbsp |
Dried dill | 1 tsp |
For the burger: | |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp |
Beyond Burger patties | 2 |
Plant-based cheese | 2 slices |
Rashers La Vie smoked plant-based bacon | 4 |
Plant-based burger buns | 2 |
Iceberg lettuce, finely sliced |

- To make the burger sauce, place all the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and combine, then set aside.
- Place a saucepan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add both Beyond Burger patties to the pan and press down slightly with a spatula. Cook for around 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Top each patty with a plant-based cheese slice and cook for a further minute or two until melted.
- Meanwhile, place another frying pan on a medium heat and add the remaining oil. Place the La Vie plant-based bacon rashers in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until the bacon is browned and slightly crisp.
- To assemble your burgers, spread 2 tbsp of burger sauce over the bottom burger bun followed by the iceberg lettuce. Top with the cheesy burger patties, bacon rashers, and top burger bun. Serve immediately.
