Beyond La Vie burger

Ingredients

For the burger sauce:
Plant-based mayonnaise 2 heaped tbsp
Everyday Favourites tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Dried dill 1 tsp
For the burger:
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Beyond Burger patties 2
Plant-based cheese 2 slices
Rashers La Vie smoked plant-based bacon 4
Plant-based burger buns 2
Iceberg lettuce, finely sliced

  1. To make the burger sauce, place all the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and combine, then set aside.
  2. Place a saucepan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add both Beyond Burger patties to the pan and press down slightly with a spatula. Cook for around 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Top each patty with a plant-based cheese slice and cook for a further minute or two until melted.
  3. Meanwhile, place another frying pan on a medium heat and add the remaining oil. Place the La Vie plant-based bacon rashers in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side until the bacon is browned and slightly crisp.
  4. To assemble your burgers, spread 2 tbsp of burger sauce over the bottom burger bun followed by the iceberg lettuce. Top with the cheesy burger patties, bacon rashers, and top burger bun. Serve immediately.
