Ingredients

Gran focaccia ½
Baked quail egg 15
Pink radishes 15
Endive 1
Cherry tomatoes 8
Cream cheese 300g

Method

  1. Let the focaccia defrost, according to the usual instructions.
  2. Cut the focaccia into little squares.
  3. Cut the quail egg in half and the radish, endive and cherry tomatoes into little slices.
  4. On each square, spread 10g of cream cheese, then put half quail egg, some radish, endive and cherry tomatoes slices on top.
