Baked quail egg | 15 |
Pink radishes | 15 |
Endive | 1 |
Cherry tomatoes | 8 |
Cream cheese | 300g |

- Let the focaccia defrost, according to the usual instructions.
- Cut the focaccia into little squares.
- Cut the quail egg in half and the radish, endive and cherry tomatoes into little slices.
- On each square, spread 10g of cream cheese, then put half quail egg, some radish, endive and cherry tomatoes slices on top.
