Delifrance prosciutto focaccia

Ingredients

Délifrance sandwich focaccia 1
Prosciutto ham 1 slice
Parmesan cheese 20g
Rocket salad 20g
Ripe cherry tomatoes 2
Extra virgin olive oil 20g

Method

  1. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil onto the base of the focaccia.
  2. Place a handful of rocket to cover the base of the focaccia.
  3. Cut 2 ripe cherry tomatoes in half and place on top of the rocket.
  4. Season if required.
  5. Place a slice of prosciutto ham.
  6. Grate several pieces of Parmesan cheese over the prosciutto ham.
  7. Finish with a light drizzle of more extra virgin olive oil over the top, to taste.
