Ingredients
- Farmstead smoked streaky bacon 20 slices
- Long clawson stilton slices 10 slices
- Farmstead gourmet beef burger 10
- Noels sliced dill gherkins 200g
- Red onions 1
- Beef tomatoes 2
- Hellman's mayonnaisse 200ml
- Cos lettuce 2
- Gourmet glazed oppy seed bun 10
Method
- Collate all your ingredients
- Grill your burger & bacon - to your liking and keep warm
- Slice your tomato, red onion & cos lettuce and keep chilled until required
- To build your burger - toast the bun and keep warm
- Top the base of the bun with mayonnaise
- Build up with cos, sliced tomato & sliced red onion
- Top with the burger and Stilton slices and grill intill the cheese is slightly melted
- Top with the bacon and the toasted bun top
