British bacon double cheese, hot mustard rarebit burger

Layers of oozing cheese and bacon with a hot kick

Farmstead bistro burger 20
Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon 100g
Hot mustard rarebit 300g
Beef tomatoes 4
Sourdough burger bun 10
Apple and ale chutney 200g


  1. Cook the burgers and bacon (keep the bacon hot and to one side)
  2. Then top two burgers with the rarebit mix and glaze under a hot grill
  3. Slice tomatoes, grill the bun and spread with the chutney and then build the burger
