Ardo spicy mango chutney

Ardo mango 200g
Ardo shallots 30g
Ardo ginger 5g
Ardo red chilli diced 5g
Ardo garlic diced 5g
White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsps
Sugar 50g
Clove 1
Olive oil for frying
Everyday Favourites salt a pinch

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the mango, shallots, ginger, chili and garlic.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes on a low heat.
  3. Add a pinch of salt at the end.
  4. Serve the chutney with a cheese platter, pate or charcuterie.
