Ardo beet bacon vegan carbonara

Ardo garlic 20g
Ardo shallots 100g
Olive oil 100ml
Ardo beetroot bacon 600g
Vegan cream 600ml
Nutritional yeast 10tsp
White miso 2tsp
Everyday Favourites salt
Everyday Favourites pepper
Ardo parsley 10g
Ardo penne pasta 3kg

  1. Sweat the garlic and shallots in some olive oil, add the beet bacon and fry briefly.
  2. Mix the vegan cream with the nutritional yeast, the miso and season with pepper.
  3. Mix the parsley with the rest of the olive oil.
  4. Heat the penne in the steamer or in boiling salted water.
  5. Add the warm penne and the cream mixture in the pan.
  6. Heat, stir and serve.
  7. Finish with some parsley oil and some pepper.
