Scott heads to the Usk valley to meet Sean Willis and the family behind Douglas Willis. From humble beginnings to becoming one of Wales’ most respected butchers, the Willis family share their passion for Welsh farming, traditional butchery, and providing quality meat to customers across the country. From Cardigan with love – Crwst behind the scenes

We recently took Welsh rugby legend and former British & Irish Lion, Scott Quinnell, down to Crwst in Cardigan to meet the brilliant Osian and get a real behind the scenes look at this fantastic Welsh brand. Crwst is all about honest, handmade food from their famous filled doughnuts to their rich sauces and bakes, they’ve built a name rooted in quality and community. Working closely with Bidfood, Crwst’s delicious creations are now reaching even more hospitality venues across Wales.
