All our coffee beans and filter coffee are roasted by James Aston and Eric Duncan at Aimers Coffee & Tea in Dundee, Scotland. With over 130 years of coffee-roasting expertise, Aimers was founded in 1884 and has a long-standing passion for quality. From bean to brew, they can trace our coffee right back to its origins, following its journey from the grower to their roastery in Dundee.

James and Eric work exclusively with trusted suppliers and continually invest in their roasting equipment, ensuring that quality is at the heart of every stage of the process. But for us, it’s about more than simply great-tasting coffee. Aimers actively work with their coffee suppliers to help create better lives and brighter futures for coffee farmers and their families.
