Ingredients
- Resolution wholetail scampi 1 pack
- Real mayonnaise or mascarpone cheese 2 tbsps
- Prosecco 1 tbsp
Method

- Cook the scampi to packet instructions.
- Whilst cooking, mix together the mayonnaise (or mascarpone) and prosecco.
- Once cooked, remove the scampi from the oven and place on a serving plate alongside the festive fizz dip.
- Tuck in and enjoy!
- For an extra festive twist, why not add in a little drop of edible glitter for extra sparkle.
