Ingredients
- DS gluten-free stonebaked pizza base 5
- Maggi rich & rustic tomato sauce 250g
- Sliced mixed peppers 150g
- Champifri sliced mushrooms 100g
- Grated mild white cheddar 300g
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°c.
- Place the gluten-free pizza bases on a oven proof tray and spread the tomato sauce on top.
- Finely slice peppers and mushrooms and then place on top of sauce then sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes or until they reach 75°c
- Cut into slices and serve.
