|Doves Farm gluten free self-raising flour||400g|
|Everyday Favourites ground cumin||1 tbsp|
|Everyday Favourites table salt||Pinch|
|Everyday Favourites ground white pepper||Pinch|
|Dale Farm low fat natural yogurt||300ml|
- Heat the grill to medium and dust a baking sheet with a little flour.
- Mix the flour and ground cumin in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the yogurt and 100ml water. Mix well to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into circle 1/2cm thick, dust with a little more flour.
- Grill on the baking sheet fro 3-5 minutes on each side until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm.
