Toasted cumin flatbreads

    Doves Farm gluten free self-raising flour 400g
    Everyday Favourites ground cumin 1 tbsp
    Everyday Favourites table salt Pinch
    Everyday Favourites ground white pepper Pinch
    Dale Farm low fat natural yogurt 300ml


    1. Heat the grill to medium and dust a baking sheet with a little flour.
    2. Mix the flour and ground cumin in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Stir in the yogurt and 100ml water. Mix well to form a soft dough.
    4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into circle 1/2cm thick, dust with a little more flour.
    5. Grill on the baking sheet fro 3-5 minutes on each side until golden and puffed.
    6. Serve warm.
