Ingredients
| Plum tomato | 40g |
| Tempeh | 10g |
| Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup | 2g |
| Tamari soy sauce | 10ml |
| Organic tofoo | 30g |
| Ground turmeric | |
| Everyday Favourites English muffin | 1 |
| Vegan sliced cheddar style cheese | 30g |
| Avocado slices | 20g |
| Baby spinach | 5g |
| Cold pressed rapeseed oil | 10ml |
Method
- Slice and slow roast the tomato
- Slice the tempeh and drizzle with maple syrup and soy sauce then grill and set to one side
- Crumble the tofoo into a frying pan and add turmeric - mix together and warm through
- Toast the muffin and top with the tomato, tempeh bacon, scrambled tofoo and sliced cheese and grill
- Finish with slices of avocado, baby spinach and a drizzle of oil
