Ingredients
- Plum tomato 40g
- Tempeh 10g
- Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup 2g
- Tamari soy sauce 10ml
- Organic tofoo 30g
- Ground turmeric
- Everyday Favourites English muffin 1
- Vegan sliced cheddar style cheese 30g
- Avocado slices 20g
- Baby spinach 5g
- Cold pressed rapeseed oil 10ml
Method
- Slice and slow roast the tomato
- Slice the tempeh and drizzle with maple syrup and soy sauce then grill and set to one side
- Crumble the tofoo into a frying pan and add turmeric - mix together and warm through
- Toast the muffin and top with the tomato, tempeh bacon, scrambled tofoo and sliced cheese and grill
- Finish with slices of avocado, baby spinach and a drizzle of oil
