Ingredients
- Grated Mozzarella 25g
- Sliced Pepperoni 25g
- Dried Oregano 5g
- Italian Pizza Sauce 35g
- Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza Dough Pucks 1
Method
- Defrost the dough ball and bring it to room temperature.
- Roll out to resemble the shape of a surf board.
- Fold two edges in and add the sauce and cheese and top with pepperoni (or without for a meat-free version).
- Twist the ends to resemble a Christmas cracker. 5. Bake at 200°C for 6 to 8 minutes.
