Sweet chilli chicken loaf

Loscoe sliced roasted chicken strips 250g
Everyday Favourites sweet chilli sauce 130g
Everyday Favourites sweetcorn 100g
Everyday Favourites crushed chillies 3g
Everyday Favourites white bread & roll mix 350g


  1. Whilst making the raw bread dough add the chicken and 100g of the sweet chilli sauce and sweetcorn to the mix and keep mixing until all fully mixed.
  2. Take out the dough and roll into a large shaped baguette, place on a greased tray and proof for 15 minutes.
  3. Score diagonally across the top of the baguette and spread the remaining chilli sauce across the top, sprinkle with chilli flakes.
  4. Bake @ 180°c for 15 - 20 minutes until the base is fully cooked then serve.
