- Quorn Vegan Buttermilk Burger 1
- Everyday Favourites hash browns 2
- Plain bagel 1
- Vegan spread (optional)
- Vegan cheese slice 1
- Tomato relish or chutney 1 tbsp
Method

- Preheat fryer to 175°C and oven to 220°C
- Deep fry the buttermilk burger for 6 minutes
- Oven bake the hash browns for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked thoroughly
- Split the bagel and lightly toast or chargrill
- Top each half of the bagel with vegan spread
- To build the burger: place two hash browns on the base of the bagel, followed by the cheese slice and the vegan buttermilk burger. Spoon over the tomato relish using the back of the spoon to spread and top with the bagel lid
