Ingredients

Everyday Favourites mayonnaise	200ml
Piri piri hot sauce	100ml
Thin cut fries	1.5kg
Piri piri seasoning	40g

Method

Mix the mayonnaise and piri piri sauce together and set to one side
Fry the chips as per cooking instructions and dust with piri piri seasoning then serve with the dip
