Marrakesh souk burger

Taste of Morocco in a burger with a spiced tagine mayo, roasted peppers and sweet orange dressed slaw

North African spice paste 100g
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 200ml
Coleslaw mix 400g
Orange juice 60ml
Farmstead bistro burger 10
Gourmet burger bun 10
Little gem lettuce 1
Chargrilled peppers 200g


  1. Mix the paste and mayonnaise together and set to one side.
  2. Mix the slaw and orange juice together and allow to marinade for an hour.
  3. Cook the burger and toast the bun.
  4. Shred the lettuce and peppers and build as required.
