Korean kimchi barbecue surf and turf burger

Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 150ml
Sriracha hot chilli sauce 100ml
Coleslaw mix 200g
Kimchi, sliced 200g
Farmstead bistro burger 10
Everyday Favourites mature white cheddar slices 10
Skewered prawns 10
Everyday Favourites seeded burger buns 10
Barbecue sauce 150ml


  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha and set to one side
  2. Mix the slaw together with kimchi and set to one side
  3. Cook the burger and top with the cheese
  4. Cook the prawn skewers as per pack instructions
  5. Toast the bun and layer up all ingredients
