Crumbled bacon & cheesemelt burger

Kerrymaid pizza grate 113g
Red peppers 70-90mm 57g
Everyday Favourites ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Everyday Favourites garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Chef William cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 100g
Everyday Favourites lamb burger 4
3663 Unsmoked rindless back bacon 4
Premium Selection brioche burger bun 4
Monterey Jack slices 4 slices


  1. Combine the Kerrymaid Grated Red, cherry peppers, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and mayonnaise in a blender and chill for two hours to allow the flavours to develop.
  2. Place the burgers on the barbecue.
  3. Grill the bacon until crisp.
  4. Place the burgers on the bun and top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
  5. Spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise and top with the sliced bacon.
