Creamy strawberry rice pudding

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries 16
  • Ground rice 4 tbsps
  • White granulated sugar 6 tbsps
  • Rose extract 1 tbsp
  • Cold milk 950ml

  1. Chop eight strawberries and keep to the side.
  2. Grind remaining strawberries to a fine paste.
  3. Boil milk in a pan, add ground rice and mix well.
  4. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer, stirring regularly.
  5. Add sugar and rose extract.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool at room temperature.
  7. Add chopped and pureed strawberries, refrigerate.
  8. Serve chilled and garnish with strawberries.
