Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites pizza base dough 9”-12” 10
- Gustoso pizza topping sauce 600g
- Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix 300g
- Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms 250g
- Cooked streaky bacon 200g
- Snowbird gourmet cooked cumberland sausages - sliced 10
- Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 30
- Pure olive oil glass 20ml
- Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 2g
- Fresh rocket leaves to garnish
Method
- Prepare the dough balls as per the instructions and then pin out to a square.
- Top with the remainder of the ingredients except the eggs and bake at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
- Crack three eggs onto the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper and rocket.
