Ingredients
| Everyday Favourites pizza base dough 9”-12” | 10 |
| Gustoso pizza topping sauce | 600g |
| Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix | 300g |
| Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms | 250g |
| Cooked streaky bacon | 200g |
| Snowbird gourmet cooked cumberland sausages - sliced | 10 |
| Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs | 30 |
| Pure olive oil glass | 20ml |
| Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn | 2g |
| Fresh rocket leaves | to garnish |
Method
- Prepare the dough balls as per the instructions and then pin out to a square.
- Top with the remainder of the ingredients except the eggs and bake at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
- Crack three eggs onto the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper and rocket.
