Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Mushroom Brunch Pizza

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites pizza base dough 9”-12” 10
  • Gustoso pizza topping sauce 600g
  • Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild Cheddar mix 300g
  • Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms 250g
  • Cooked streaky bacon 200g
  • Snowbird gourmet cooked cumberland sausages - sliced 10
  • Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 30
  • Pure olive oil glass 20ml
  • Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 2g
  • Fresh rocket leaves to garnish

Method

  1. Prepare the dough balls as per the instructions and then pin out to a square.
  2. Top with the remainder of the ingredients except the eggs and bake at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Crack three eggs onto the pizza and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the white is cooked and the yolk is still runny.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, cracked black pepper and rocket.
