Ingredients
| Gourmet Sourdough bun | 1 |
| Tranfield sliced lorne sausage (14 slices/kg) | 1 |
| Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs | 1 |
| Emmental slices | 1 |
| Zorba delicacies guacamole | 30g |
Method
- Toast the bun.
- Griddle the lorne sausage for 3 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden with a slight crust.
- Fry the egg in an egg ring on the griddle and turn over to seal the egg until the yolk is just set.
- Build as follows - base of bun, lorne sausage, Emmental cheese slice, fried egg, guacamole, toasted burger top.
- Serve with sauce as required.
