Bramley Apple & Cinnamon Sponge Pudding

1. Warm the apple and blackberry fruit filling until hot to create a rich apple compote.
2. Cook the Bramley apple and cinnamon sponge pudding according to the manufacturer’s instructions until piping hot.
3. Spoon the warm compote into the base of a serving bowl or plate.
4. Place the hot sponge pudding on top of the compote.
5. Finish with a scoop of gingerbread ice cream and drizzle with gingerbread syrup.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
