Ingredients
| Monin gingerbread syrup | 10 mls/1 pump |
| Black + White Msia Coffee Club medium roast 100% Tanzanian arabica beans | 1 single shot |
| Steamed milk | to serve |
| Whipped cream | top with |
| Individually wrapped mini gingerbread men | 1 |
Method
- Combine the coffee and the syrup in the serving cup.
- Stir and set aside.
- Steam the milk in pitcher (medium stretch, careful spinning and folding).
- Pour the steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently.
- Garnish with the whipped cream on top, a sprinkling of ginger or chocolate if the customer wishes and a mini gingerbread man.
